Nay Pyi Taw, Myanmar - Responding to the immediate health needs of the thousands of people injured in the strong earthquakes that rocked Myanmar on 28 March, the World Health Organization has provided nearly 3 tonnes of medical supplies to hospitals in the worst hit Nay Pyi Taw and Mandalay.

Bangkok – The International Organization for Migration (IOM) is appealing for USD 17.3 million to respond to the devastating 7.7 magnitude earthquake that struck Myanmar on 28 March, leaving hundreds of thousands of people in critical need of humanitarian assistance.
