- In an interview with Channel News Asia, António Guterres calls on the military of Myanmar to immediately recognize the results of the elections and release the prisoners.
In an interview with Channel News Asia on February 10, UN Secretary-General António Guterres said: "I would like to say to the military of Myanmar that they need to immediately release the prisoners. They need to immediately recognize the results of the elections. They need to immediately put in place again their constitutional order."
